After the great success of Paldo Bibimmyeon, other ramen companies also released various types of bibim ramen, but Paldo Bibimmyeon still holds its ground firmly. It can be said that it is the ramen that best expresses the spicy and tangy taste of bibim ramen. Perhaps it is because apple concentrate juice is added to the soup. The capacity is similar to other ramen, but somehow Bibimmyeon is not filling with one pack, and two packs are too filling. That's why consumers have been asking for a 1.5 portion version for a long time. So, for a while, they sold a 120% version of the existing capacity as a limited edition. A Paldo official appeared on a YouTube video and explained why the 1.5 portion version is not being released, saying that it is difficult to manufacture 1.5 portions due to facility problems.

Compared to Paldo Bibimmyeon, which focuses on the tangy taste using apple concentrate juice, Baehongdong Bibimmyeon has less tangy taste and more savory taste. If you don't like tangy taste, I think Baehongdong Bibimmyeon will suit your taste better. In terms of spiciness, Paldo Bibimmyeon seems to be a little spicier.

3. Jinbibimmyeon

Jinbibimmyeon, a bibim ramen from the Jin Ramen series. Earlier, when I introduced Paldo Bibimmyeon, I said that the ambiguous amount was a drawback. Jinbibimmyeon compensates for that by having a larger capacity than other bibim ramen. Unlike the previous two bibim ramen, which were around 130g, it marketed itself with a generous amount of 156g. In terms of taste, it is not much different from the previous two ramen. However, the price has slightly increased due to the increased capacity.

Harim, which sold chicken, created a brand called "The Gourmet". It caught the eye by featuring Lee Jung-jae as its ad model. It has been releasing various instant ready-to-eat foods, including dumplings, ramen, and instant rice. They also released bibim ramen, and there was a buckwheat bibimmyeon.

Unlike regular bibimmyeon, it uses unfried buckwheat noodles, so it is low in calories for bibim ramen. If you think of it as regular ramen, it is like dry noodles. Sodium is also 1,200mg, which is low compared to other ramen. The price is a bit high, but it's worth buying if you are health conscious. There is no solid soup and only liquid soup, so those who want to put toppings can prepare them separately. It has the advantage of not being as stimulating as other bibim ramen.
