The representative of bibim ramen, Paldo Bibimmyeon. It can be said that it is the most famous ramen from Paldo. After the great success of Paldo Bibimmyeon, other ramen companies also released various types of bibim ramen, but Paldo Bibimmyeon is still firmly holding its position. It can be said that it is the ramen that best expresses the spicy and tangy taste of bibim ramen. Perhaps it tastes that way because apple concentrate juice is included in the soup. The capacity is similar to other ramen, but for some reason, one pack of Bibimmyeon doesn't fill my stomach, and two packs are too much. So, among consumers, there have been calls for a 1.5-serving version for a long time. So, for a while, a 120% version of the existing capacity was sold as a limited edition. A Paldo official appeared on a YouTube video and explained why there is no 1.5-serving version, saying that it is difficult to manufacture a 1.5-serving version due to facility issues.
As shown in the picture, Paldo Bibimmyeon is even more delicious when topped with cucumber or eaten with a boiled egg. I recommend it as a Korean dish to try this summer! (However, be careful of the spiciness.)
2. Bae Hong Dong Bibimmyeon

Nongshim's Bae Hong Dong Bibimmyeon, which is emerging as a rival to Paldo Bibimmyeon. It successfully attracted attention at the beginning of its launch by featuring Yoo Jae-seok as its model. Targeting the weakness of Paldo Bibimmyeon, which only contains noodles and liquid soup, Bae Hong Dong Bibimmyeon includes a garnish soup. Compared to Paldo Bibimmyeon, which focuses on a tangy taste using apple concentrate juice, Bae Hong Dong Bibimmyeon has less of a tangy taste and a richer savory taste. If you don't particularly like a tangy taste, I think you'll find Bae Hong Dong Bibimmyeon more palatable. In terms of spiciness, Paldo Bibimmyeon seems to be slightly spicier.
3. Jin Bibimmyeon

Jin Bibimmyeon, a bibim ramen from the Jin Ramen series. Earlier, when I introduced Paldo Bibimmyeon, I mentioned that the ambiguous amount was a drawback. Jin Bibimmyeon compensates for this by having a larger capacity than other bibim ramen. Unlike the two bibim ramen mentioned earlier, which were around 130g, it was marketed with a generous 156g capacity. There is no significant difference in taste from the previous two ramen. However, the price has slightly increased due to the increased capacity.
4. The Misik Soba Bibimmyeon

Harim, a company that sold chicken, created a brand called 'The Misik'. It caught people's attention by featuring Lee Jung-jae as its advertising model. It offers a variety of ready-to-eat foods, including dumplings, ramen, and ready-to-eat rice. They also released bibim ramen, and it seems they have a soba bibimmyeon.
Unlike regular bibimmyeon, it uses non-fried soba noodles, so it has fewer calories than other bibim ramen. If you think of it as a regular ramen, you could consider it as a dry noodle. Sodium is also low at 1,200mg compared to other ramen. The price is a bit high, but it's a worthwhile purchase for those who are health-conscious. There is no garnish soup, only liquid soup, so if you want to add toppings, you can prepare them separately. It is less stimulating than other bibim ramen, which is a plus point.
