Director Lee Myung-woo continued to mention a potential Season 2, and it was officially confirmed in 2023 during the SBS Drama Awards through a comment made by the lead actor, Kim Nam-gil, who was a presenter at the event. “The Fiery Priest (열혈사제)” Season 2 is scheduled to premiere in the fall of 2024.
